Our Dracula short film, "Yesterday I Lived Forever", which we made last year with Lars Mikkelsen and Sofie Gråbøl, has been selected for The International New York Film Festival in the animation category! Yay!

Happy Holidays to you all! Here in Denmark we celebrate Christmas on the 24th, so.... yeah. Here you go. I think Jack Skellington and my version of Dracula would have a lot to talk about! The both don't have eyes or a nose! Aaaand... I guess that's it, huh. Cheers

Here's some behind the animation from our new short film "Yesterday I Lived Forever"! I THINK I animated this scene in early 2024, which is so long ago now... good gosh!! I definitely regret putting so many lines on Dracula's face, he took forever to animate!

A surreal, animated short film about Dracula starring Lars Mikkelsen and Sofie Gråbøl. In the film, Dracula is trapped in a desolate world of endless sunlight. How's he gonna get out of that one, huh?? The film is currently in its film festival run, so hopefully we can share more about it soon!

I'm very disappointed to see Toon Boom going down the path of recklessly implementing AI features that disrespect its artists. I emailed them sternly voicing my concerns about it, if you're against AI in the arts I recommend you do the same: beta_ember@toonboom.com
