Dragon Dance Festival [ 🎨 ] #starlightbrigade #slb #slboc #ocsky

An illustration of four dragons soaring in an alien sky, illuminated by a trio of moons. The dragons circle each other gracefully while a handful of humanoid aliens watch in awe from below.

Two of my dear dear friends @metgalactic.bsky.social and @staridust.bsky.social have drawn my stabby gal, pls perceive their art 🙏

Kamai holding a gift box in one hand and a knife with a blade of lightning in the other, regarding it with surprise. Beside her is Solaris, another alien girl with blue skin, long hair, and winglike ears, leaning affectionately towards Kamai with a pleased expression. Text above her reads “I heard you like knives…” implying she was the one to give Kamai this present.

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

This lizard is transgender for an amazing reason 🦎 Kamai, a spy for the brigade who has a passion for Fancy Knives :) like others of her species, she has the ability to adjust how her scales reflect light and can even turn invisible! [ 🎨 ] #starlightbrigade #slb #slboc #ocsky

A reference for Kamai, a humanoid alien with pointed ears and teeth, and lizard-like claws, feet, and tail. She wears a cute one-piece outfit with flared shorts and a hood, and a pair of fingerless gloves. She wears a watch (hidden by the gloves), and has a laser switchblade disguised as a pocket wrench.

He takes great measures to stay cool-tempered and patient… because unfortunately, most things are not built for his incredible strength

Two images:
1: an irritated Jean crushes a mug filled with coffee with his bare hand. Text is onomatopoeia reading “KRSHK”
2: Jean looks sheepishly down at the mess in his hand. Text is Jean speaking, “Oh! Oh dear.”

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

Jean, Chief Strategist for the Brigade!! Fun fact, I originally named him for the French folk hero Jean de l’Ours but we can pretend I went for the Star Trek reference instead [ 🎨 ] #starlightbrigade #slb #slboc #ocsky

Jean, an anthropomorphic bear alien wearing a worn but dignified tunic and loose pants, a matching pair of pauldrons and shin guards, and cloth wraps on his forearms and feet. He also wears a pair of glasses and a single ring on his left hand. The natural markings on his face resemble eyebrows and a goatee.

I’ll stop making emotionally repressed lesbians when they stop being so fun to make

Resolve, looking uneasily away from the viewer while rubbing her neck.

Resolve looking pensively down at her open palm while she summons a small flame hovering above it.

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Resolve, my Moebian gal!! She’s been given a literal countdown on her life but she did get some cool explosion powers out of it [ 🎨 ] #starlightbrigade #slb #slboc #ocsky

Resolve, an alien woman with pointed, wing-like ears, fluffy hair held in a ponytail, and a strong jawline and hooked nose. She has a fiery red gem on her chest, encased in gold plating, and wears loose, breathable clothing (though no shoes).

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Fun fact, Jyerii has been voted sexiest man alive on his home planet [ 🎨 ] #starlightbrigade #slb #slboc #ocsky

Jyerii, a humanoid alien covered almost entirely with white fur, with a single large eye and fins in place of ears, posing suggestively towards the viewer while wearing nothing but undies. There are two bulges in said undies. Make of that what you will.

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

I’ve gotten one lovely piece of gift art of Jyerii alongside two of my friend’s ocs, done by the wonderful @ghostxstar.bsky.social 🥰

Jyerii and another hunanoid alien with pointed ears eagerly watch a chemical reaction burninh brightly in the alchemist flask in front of them. In the background, a third humanoid alien with pointed ears watches unimpressed, holding a coffee mug.

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Also doodled an older version of him at some point - he ages twice as fast as humans do, so this is him at age 27-30

An older version of Jyerii with a torn ear fin, longer hair, and a starlight brigade-branded jumpsuit to contrast his old Void one.

My silly guy

Jyerri drawn as the Lisa Simpson shocked meme.

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Another (originally) Void OC, Jyerii :) he’s practically the definition of a genius ditz - his inventions are second-to-none, but his common sense is often nowhere to be found lol [ 🎨 ] #starlightbrigade #slb #slboc #ocsky

A humanoid alien oc with one large cyclops-like eye, with thick white fur covering most of his body. He has massive bear paws, fins in place of ears, large fangs, and a tail consisting of four tentacle appendages. He wears a mechanic’s jumpsuit and protective pauldrons.

My Favorite Eris Ever is one I commissioned my dear friend @okandmask.bsky.social to draw, it’s absolutely STUNNING

Eris with her signature shit-eating grin facing the viewer, her hair spiraling out in tendrils

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

She’s in need of a redesign so idk if I’m gonna keep this trait about her but she has hair that changes color based on power usage + emotion

An array of Erises with different colored hair

A cocktail glass holding two cherries on a toothpick and a sparkling red liquid, reflecting Eris’ stunned expression

Eris floating menacingly behind another alien, Chi-ma, her hair curling like tentacles around her prey. One of Chi-ma’s eyes glows an unusual bright green, matching Eris’s temporary eye and hair color, implying that Chi-ma is under Eris’ control.

A redraw of a screencap from Parks and Recreation, featuring two female hrothgar characters from Final Fantasy XIV. The left character, Proxima, is a skinny, grouchy lass garbed in monochrome tech gear; the right character, Fortune, is a chubby, bright pink girlie with somewhat unsettling wide eyes and a big smile.
Captions read as follows:
Proxima: “Someone will die.”
Fortune: “Of fun!”

more of me starlight brigade blorbos (that I steadily port to oc land shhh) this is Delta and Omega, basically a wandering space ranger duo in the vein of han solo and chewie, if han solo had a bow instead and chewie was a dragon. so really the same thing [ 🎨 ] #starlightbrigade #slb #slboc #ocsky

Delta (they/he/she), an alien with blue skin and wing-like ears. They have dark blue hair with white streaks in a half-shaved haircut. They’re wearing a black body suit with armor plating. She is holding an arrow made of glowing yellow energy, and a wing-like symbol floats above the left side of her head.

The same image of Delta side by side with a warm-light color palette version. There is also a reference for their bird-like helmet, their bow, and their energy colors, in the same dual color palettes.

Omega, a feathered dragon alien with a crest like a cockatoo. Two color palettes are depicted, matching Delta’s variants. The darker palette also includes Star-like spots on its body.

Today’s edition of Guess what I’m planning for D&D based on the Wikipedia article I’ve deep dived into

Wikipedia article for Katal:
The katal (symbol: kat) is a unit of the International System of Units (SI) used for quantifying the catalytic activity of enzymes (that is, measuring the enzymatic activity level in enzyme catalysis) and other catalysts. One katal is that catalytic activity that will raise the rate of conversion by one mole per second in a specified assay system.

shonee @shonee.bsky.social · 30/01/2026

was trying not to be that dm that keeps adding furry races but unfortunately it’s really fun… anyways go my amphibious scarabs

Screenshot of text, reading:
Beastkin: Amphibifolk (name tba)
- beastkin with a strong association with the elemental plane of water, said to have been brought there long ago in a deal made with a clan of Marids to avoid a devastating calamity
- different groups of Amphibifolk scattered about the elemental planes, and while each maintained a connection to water, those who approached the other elements began to take on their properties as well
- four subraces planned:
- frog flavor, stuck around Water; secrete a powerful poison that they distill into even deadlier forms, notably advanced in biology/medicine
- salamander flavor, migrated around to Fire; magically inclined and boast many powerful sorcerers
- diplocaulus flavor, migrated to Earth; powerfully built, priding themselves on martial prowess
- axolotl flavor, migrated to Air; their gill stalks act as lightning rods, absorbing electricity to bolster their supernatural fortitude; extremely cloistered and maintain a policy of observation and non-interference, particularly when it comes to the natural world
