I wish cigarettes weren’t bad for you. Smoking looks so cool.

The BLIND faith people have in Trump’s mysterious plan speaks to a religious/cultish belief in him. He has the makings of the dictators of old. What an interesting storyline he is to the American empire.

I love feeling happy and optimistic and I’m glad I get to feel those things again. I thought those feelings were gone, I thought with knowledge and age they become lost. But they don’t 🥹.

I went to the jewellery shop to get my nose jewellery repaired/replaced and then I saw this beautiful honeycomb jewellery and fell in love. The lady said “I could put that in for you today, it’d look nice in your ear”, and I said “okay”. So I now I have a new impromptu piercing 🥰👂🏾

Yup. She had every right to feel that way 😭

Oh okay, I understand! I’m just going with what the book uses. It follows the story of the main character as Zimbabwe becomes independent. The author is very proudly anti-colonial so I believe she also aims to discourage rh0desians

I wish her character was more powerful. After a while she became a bit of a damsel imo.
