My prescriber put in the refill order last week Tuesday. I ran out Friday. The clinic’s “prior auth team” apparently still hasn’t looked at the request from my pharmacy. I hate having to annoy people into helping me, but I have to keep calling until someone looks at this.

So I bought Procreate Dreams (animation program). It’s taking a bit of trial and error, and several how-to videos, but I think I’m getting it. Attempting to make a simple fall animation, stay tuned!

I go to our local, monthly card show pretty regularly. Some of the vendors have started recognizing me as “the Arcanine lady” because I’m sort of master-set collecting Growlithe/Arcanine cards, lol. But hey, it got me a couple of freebies yesterday!

Went to a card show yesterday, and there were a few folks selling 3D printed knickknacks. I picked up this little dude, but I’m not a fan of the dead-eyed “Funko pop” look so I added a little white paint to the eyes. Much better!

Worked at the store last night & a lady called, demanding to know when deliveries arrive. Wanted to be there when the NeeDohs arrive. I told her I didn’t know when the next restock is & she got upset. Said if we weren’t going to call her when we restocked, then she’ll just have to call us every day.

Update: New person I talked to today said “oh no, she shouldn’t have told you that. Referrals always take at least a week.” I reminded her it HAS been over a week now. She was not sympathetic and told me I’d have to wait. New plan: be annoying and call daily until I get an appointment.

cw: medical Had my MRI on Wed afternoon, and while I felt like a microwaved burrito, it went well. I got the results yesterday, but they haven’t been reviewed by my doctor yet. Waiting until at least Mon now is frustrating. I don’t know how to read the report, but I see they found *something*.

The government took our gifs. :C Teams chat for federal employees had gifs removed a while back but we were able to use a back door method to access them. Then that recently got disabled. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but like… God forbid we have any small joys at the office, I guess.

Yanno, the ER Vet said they were so busy that his discharge orders would be emailed and I haven't gotten those yet. As of yesterday his regular vet (who is closed today) said they didn't get a report of his visit either. I guess I'd better follow up... So far he is stable, at least.

I ended up going to the local apple store, and the salesperson was absolutely stunned I was still able to use my old iPad. I guess I was living in the stone age and didn't know it, lol. I ended up financing a new iPad Air, and I feel pretty good about it.

I do art on a gen 1 iPad Pro. The battery has finally degraded to the point of needing to be replaced, and I'm not positive that's the only issue with it. It lasted a long time, but I'm in the market for a new tablet. New iPad Pros are expensive, so that might not be an option. Recommendations?

cw: pet health Spent 4hrs at the vet with Eddie today. He's sneezing again and stopped eating over the weekend. Lab work, a bolus of fluids, some antibiotics, plus a shot of anti-nausea meds later and he's eating again. That's half the battle.
