Their welcome email mentioned a change of address and somehow.. they've never updated their website or their google maps info. I didn't bring it up because why... would you only have that info in a welcome email and not ON YOUR OWN FUCKING WEBSITE. This was at 2:30 and the office shut at 3. No FOBs

Got someone on the phone again today, was pyzzled why I hadnt gotten his email, apparently it just didnt send? Sent again, got details, paid. No word on old FOB cos guy is out. Sent someone to go pick up fobs they got to the address on their website. The company is no longer at that address...

There's a throwaway line in the second Dune book about people lining for miles to pay respects to Duke Leto's skull and I think this is housing it. That's just a slightly educated guess I might be waaaay off. It could also be a Guild Navigator like those gold helmet guys from the first film

Called after their lunch hour, left a msg again. No call back.
