"artists show me your guns"- Alright, uh I'll go with my [totally a new gun, trust] M33 Rifle, adopted in 2280 it serves as the Free System's new rifle. It takes the M32 Rifle, and tweaks it into being *less* kludged together. For instance, the projected sight is lower profile now!

M33 Rifle, as Adopted by the Free Systems Military. It is in its Human, Earth colors- a matte grey/black scheme.

The barrel length is 540mm. It has a support variant with a heavier, 610mm barrel. (Not shown here)

The two versions here are the one with the new type projected sight- and one with the M32s older multi-zoom sight, with fixed zooms at 1, 2, 4 and 8x. There is also optional adjustments upto 20x, though most hover around the presets. It links to data Fire-control systems located in helmets and other systems which allow linking.

within the Yangyue vibes, there is the idea of the *new* Brigandine

Brigandine armor, Type classified as Year 43. The design invokes the past, while bringing pistol and frag rated armor forward. Lacks full protection of the legs. It is in Yangyue's camo pattern.

The unit it is from is the Silk Protection Army, who are considered the elite of the Yangyue Dynasty.

And since we've shown off the Archien Light Tank, here is what the Humans are rocking around the same time.

Mix mash of M5A1 Upgrades, this Tank sports 22mm frontal plate of high-hardness steel, the "Two Eyes" Active Protection System, and the 14.5mm + Hardkill APS Turret.

The M5A1 Is the 45 ton (baseline) MBT for the Human contribution to the Free Systems Military. It is crewed by three people, and armed with an autoloaded 125mm gun, 14.5mm coax and optional 14.5mm remote weapon station (RWS). It is powered by a 1,600hp to 2,400 hp hybrid hydrogen-electric engine.

While there are heavier tanks in use, the 45 ton MBT serves as a way to give lighter units some heavy protected firepower.

Visualized in a 2d space, the Archien Sphere's Light Weight (45 metric tons) Tank. The LCV is a optionally "manned" three person spaced armored vehicle with an electrothermal-chemical gun in caliber 120mm.

The LCV is crewed by three Archien Constructs, though power systems would likely allow a crew of 6 to be stored on it. As the Archien are mostly operating shells of their once called bodies, the three the LCVs are normally used for are to evacuate the tank if it is destroyed.

It's armor arrays are not as tough as Free System 45 ton equivalents. Even factoring in its electronic reactive armor, the front is not proof to the 125mm rounds fired- and it is semi-resistant to 110mm railgun rounds and man portable AT weapons like the 84mm recoilless rifle.

Yangyue Dynasty Ranks:

Field Marshal, Army Level Posting.

Political Ranks include all the Banner Armies, and form a pathway for those who seek to do more about building than leading them.

At the same level, running Corps are Generals.

Below these, the Lt. General and Major Generals run Divisions. At the brigade level, the Brigadier General runs those.

Colonels and Lt. Colonels run Regiments and Battalions.

Finally, Majors and Captains run Companies.

The FR.1 was superceded by the FR.2, which brought a more powerful engine to the biplane. The FR.2 "Chrome" earned its nickname for the shiny airframe it sported at factory and before camo paint was applied at airbases.
