Flock cameras are creepy. They might still be worth it.

Do Flock cameras actually stop crime? SC researchers may have an answer.
Police often cite dramatic anecdotes about how Flock cameras help solve crimes — but does the research back them up?

Camden continues to see historic lows, but homicides per capita in the city remain above national numbers.

The murder of Renee Nicole Good is a tragedy. Whether the officer's shooting was justified or not may be up to a jury to decide. It is very possible for it to be viewed as, & I hate saying this, "awful, but lawful." What's clear is that the shooting violated training AND policy.

The best use of force/firearms policies should severely restrict shooting at moving vehicles (terrorist/ramming attacks notwithstanding), while instructing officers to do everything possible to move out of the path of a moving vehicle.
