comics are delayed to next friday, unfortunately, as my family's cat was in a bit of an accident the other day! he's fine now--i just got him back from the vet--and he's doing good and chilling out in a cupboard (pictured); the whole incident's just made a minor delay thanks for understanding!

new comic on friday! roughly five - six pages; more of the usual coming soon, too! i've been busy with essays and group projects the past week and haven't had too much time to pop in here (im posting this in the middle of a meeting 🙃)

while drawing this, i thought it might've been a bit of an over-reaction; but i remembered that back in march when i had the worst, most miserable cold in the fucking universe, and i was about ready to suck the dick of whoever could've given me even a vague promise of a cure about six days in

"Kotokato" is switching to a bi-weekly schedule as i switch over to longer-form comics with full color! i would have previewed the first page of the next one, but my computer froze last night and i lost most of what i planned to put up, so all i have to show for today is this 🙃

"They call him "Niko Oneshot". I know not of why, nor of what significance he holds. But he brings me immense joy."

i turned off five alarms today before getting out of bed, and that's arguably tangentially related to this week's comic

"Looks colder than usual today, doesn't it?"
"Maybe I'll just go back to--"
"WAIT! I smell something in the kitchen!"

"Heya, dad! What's cookin'?"
"Salmon curry!"
"This early?"
"It's 4 P.M."

still working on the peach picture from a couple weeks ago, i've just been really busy with classes and making sure i keep up with real-life-responsible-adult deadlines! more this week!

Debuting "Kotokato", a slice-of-life comic series about elf-like aliens, known as "Kotokatians", living on a frozen, snow-covered Earth, long after the extinction of human life. New comic every Friday! #comics

"That window is so dark... I wonder what's in there?"
"WAIT! am I in there?!"
"Robin..."
"...That's your reflection."
"...oh. right."

i cooked a pizza yesterday but i didn't use enough flour, and the only way i can possibly describe what it looked like when i tried scraping it off the plate and putting it into the oven was like, it turned into the wheelchair still life from the backrooms movie

i kept thinking "but what if they were bigger", and everyone told me it was "dangerous", but you know what else is dangerous? SPACE JUNK! and it's everywhere! i think! but so are huge tits, and i think that's the correlation i'm trying to make

"H-HEY HEY WAIT---"
"I have the cool hat. That means I'm in charge this time."
"weeell... maybe they could still be a little bigger..."

update on kotokato: i'm still working on kotokato, but it's taking a lot longer than i originally anticipated it's a massive passion project, but also my first time working with a webcomic, so i'm sort of feeling it out as it goes. i'll keep everything around it updated as it progresses!

"Huff... what a workout."
"How many are left now? heheh..."
"Thirty-six...."
"Well that's not too bad!"
"...But it's been twenty minutes and you've only brought two bundles."
"oh."
"Hmph... maybe I should take care of the rest.

simple art, just liked the idea of touching up the design a little/making her look a little more friendly

"they *did* get bigger... is that normal? ...am i dying?"

i was sitting in the living room and someone had the radio on, and i heard the original sample of the "nobody here" vaporwave song and i swear to god it felt like those scenes where tony soprano starts having a panic attack
