Also tbh i think easier to find in Poland would our native brand of floss Ariadna than dmc, and also is cheaper... I would like to invest in Ariadna but that doesn't really solve my problem with matching colors to patterns, unless there is some kind of guide. That's so much hassle tho...

When I am cross stitching first I need to match colors to pattern cause I don't have dmc floss, I have random collection of floss that's not numbered... and now I think I would like to have dmc floss so it would be easier lol

The thing in cross stitch is that it's not really demanding in skill so the entry level is low, and the effect and finished pieces still will be pretty! It just takes time to make small crosses

I do cross stitch and I just look for fun pixel arts, or buy simple but cute designs on etsy, I do have a pinned post with finished pieces! Classic embroidery with fancy stitches is too intimidating, cross stitching is more mindless (unless counting, I often struggle with counting to 20 XD)

Hehe, I feel the same! It feels nice to socialize, but I think for me the key is to keep it not too often, as the introvert me needs a lot of me time~ But sometimes, with nice people it's entertaining!

Man I love V*nted, I got broshures from Touken Ranbu Musical: Atsukashiyama Ibun 2018, Tsuwamonono, SRS 2017 (3 of 4 fav musicals) and Soga HigeHiza 2019 and some newspaper snippets for like 40 PLN(10€)
