I really cannot state this enough, you cannot be meaningfully anti-ai whilst still playing/supporting fortnite.

Just watched the finale last night, and to me, the obvious messaging was for folks to reach out for others and not self-isolate. Seek community and connection, talk to people instead of bottling it up. “No man is an island,” and all that jazz. Especially important for queer folk.

Happy Birthday to the great @sonicmega.bsky.social! Hopefully he's having fun at Soonercon. That watch party for the final episode with the QnA sounded really interesting but I had to miss this event lol

Another moment on my trip down #theamazingdigitalcircus memory lane was actually getting to meet @kovox.net and @lizzierfreeman.bsky.social! These two provided a fantastic convention experience and I'm thrilled I managed to meet some of the people behind this series.

With the end of #theamazingdigitalcircus on the horizon I thought I'd share some of my favorite memories with the show. One of them includes a chalk wall at a coffee shop where I drew @sonicmega.bsky.social's Kinger and @ashleynichols.bsky.social's Zooble and a whole community formed around them.

Oh it's that time of the month where we catch up on @ryannorth.ca's Fantastic Four run again. I completely missed out on most of the Invincible Woman story due to other responsibilities so I'm glad I'll be caught up before we get started with the next storyline soon.

Well with #pokemonday today I thought I'd share some of my fondest memories. The first game I really got attached to was Moon version thanks to Popplio. (X version was my first) Everything about the Alola region really stuck with me especially thanks to this little guy.

Sounds like things are rough for Digital Circus fans so I wanted to share something positive. If it wasn't for this show I wouldn't have sketched that chalk Kinger that immortalized @sonicmega.bsky.social. This show helped me make friends and see myself in something and I'm forever grateful.

A chalk doodle of Kinger from The Amazing Digital Circus surrounded by doodles of other characters that people contributed.

I have met so many wonderful fans in-person at conventions. All of this toxic discourse we see on the internet regarding fandom are only a small portion of the overall fanbase, most of whom have been lovely. Please strive to be kind. Thank you.

An old journal comic repost to remind myself that the time is now and I’m not stuck

Panel 1
A character looks at their phone, bombarded with scary, sad and bad news.
“I can’t tell if I’m in denial or just stubborn.”

Panel 2
Character pours themself a steaming cup of coffee.
“…but I don’t want to just give up.”

Panel 3
Character talks to someone on their laptop using their headphones.
“I want to keep doing what I can.”

Panel 4
Character sits at their desk drawing on a digital tablet connected to their laptop
“So that in the end I can be proud that I did the best I could with whatever time I had left.”

Man I have fallen behind on @ryannorth.ca 's Fantastic Four run lol I picked up Issues 1 and 2 when they came out and then greater responsibilities happened. Thankfully I picked up 3-6 from my local shop!

Don't know if I have a large enough following for helping but I'll post anyways. The creator of independant animated series Far-Fetched and voice actress of Zooble Ashley Nichols is in a really rough spot right now and needs all the help she can get.
