At the Oct 2016 debate, Hilary Clinton said he’d be a puppet for Putin. At the Sep 2024 debate, Kamala Harris predicted he’d hand Ukraine over to Russia. Imagine that.

I was photographing my miniature rubber ducky dispenser to show friends in a group chat, and Skittles was very interested In such odd behavior 🤣

Happily surrounded by fuzz therapy last night. Skittles liked his new padded hangout spot on my desk. Pedink just wanted pets. #childlesscatladiesofbluesky

#poetry I wrote this while contemplating our constant use of “war” terms. Even my “AKF” tat (always keep fighting) is an example, though I approve of fierce self love. Everything is a battle where our goal is to “annihilate” “beat”“undermine,” etc., the “enemy.” Could we sometimes try another way?

New Year’s Resolution! Rather than focusing on what I want to change, I prefer to borrow the musical version of Resolution - moving from dissonance into consonance to find the “pleasing sense of stability & repose” in my life

For those who enjoy fantasy & have read #TheWheelofTime” series, you may recall a repeated refrain by the servants of the Dark One: “Let the Lord of Chaos rule” They did everything in their power to destabilize the world, sewing confusion, lies, & mistrust Welcome to The Last Battle, America

Can’t go to NY to be with family, don’t decorate just for me, have no one to exchange gifts with, generally flake on cards, & no longer have a church Christmas is just a few extra days off, a nice work party, & a #Pentatonix concert. It’s still really good, & I still love it, but it’s…different

This is the sweater/shirt thing I made out of my Mitch Grassi #ptxfanart to wear to the Christmas #Pentatonix concert in 2022. I have since lost a significant amount of weight, so I’m considering whether to cannibalize it and recreate it into a dress or something. #PTX

A reminder that Mitch Grassi belting the word “run” on national tv is always epic. 2011: “The Sing Off” Season 3 Episode 10, #Pentatonix performing “Dog Days Are Over” by Florence & the Machine 2023: “The Masked Singer” Season 9 Episode 13 #PTX performing “Creep” by Radiohead

New things I have learned: I was not aware until right now that FDR is featured on the US dime coin because he started the March of Dimes in order to fund Jonas Salk’s polio vaccine research As a gen x’er, I remember collecting for March of Dimes more than 30 years after the original need was over

New things I have learned: Bruegger’s Bagels advertises “Since 1983” So apparently my teenage life was so long ago, it’s impressive how historic it is. Noted. *nods*

#ptxfanart #ptx #messerfanart #messer #mitchgrassi a sketch I did of Messer with some 🌈 chakra/rainbow energy added. I wanted to capture this gesture Mitch often makes when he performs.

A pencil drawing of Mitch Grassi performing live as Messer. Added are beams of light in rainbow colors emerging from him at chakra points

New things I have learned: 1. It turns out it is perfectly possible for sealed microwave popcorn to go rancid on the shelf. 2. Popping microwave popcorn may leave a lingering scent, but popping RANCID microwave popcorn creates a stench so memorable I may have to move out. *nods*

The last of the #Supernatural character portraits I’ve done so far: Sully, Ketch, & Anael. I want to at least get every character that appears on at least 3 episodes, eventually. I know Sully didn’t, but I originally did these for my RP, and we had a great Sully. #SPNfanart #SPN

Some Mitch Grassi art! #PTXfanart #PTX #Pentatonix and some #poetry because this gifted treasure of a human’s voice heals the cells of my body, no lie.

My digital drawing of Mitch Grassi from Pentatonix wearing his white tux from one of the Grammy red carpets, with a background of rose wallpaper and a drop shadow so he almost looks like a paper doll.

The same Mitch Grassi of Pentatonix digital art I. From of a roses wallpaper, but cropped so it shows him closer to the viewer and only from mid-thigh up. Beside him is my original poem: Your hands cup the sounds you sing, Glide across the air like strings, Stretch through the barriers of my mind, Stroking sacred thoughts they find, Deftly weaving what’s forbidden, I close my eyes to keep them hidden, Passion, truth, and grace, all twisting, Wringing away my fruitless resisting, Like vinegar that once was wine, Sour, the love I thought was mine, Frayed, the rug on which I stand, I reach out for your healing hand, You’ve tugged the tangle of my heart, Pulled out like taffy, oh sweetest art.

I realize they’d have to add an annex to their home if they kept all the gifts they receive, but I like making something to show my appreciation. These are for Saturday’s show. They are sweet about the gesture & I figure they can give them away to family or crew if they like. #PTX #ptxfanart

This is my #PTX fanart I use for all my icons…because, round, lol. I made a version flipping each of them to the top, but I really love this Mitch art best of these 5 portraits. #Pentatonix #ptxfanart for any of you artists who do fanart of the band, aren’t Kevin’s eyes glorious to draw?
