I'll take this as my reminder to draw more low-angle povs. Gotta help provide the goods

Truuuuue but Dietrich's theme is a nostalgia hit at least

Doing commission work is running a business, and you need to communicate and deliver on work as part of your business. It's fine to have a backlog, it's fine to take a break and do something for yourself, but leaving someone with little/no communication and nothing to show for it is a bad look.

I only just got to Dagsion and started with Leda's path, but as soon as the violins hit I just stopped and listened to the song for a good 5-10 minutes before I did anything else. IT'S SO FUCKING GOOD

Loving this!! I've been experimenting with some line art coloring lately so I might try incorporating some of this. It's a subtle change but enough to make things pop.

You won't! In fact, the rest and recovery will help you get back in stronger than before! 💪 Rest up and feel better soon

If they REALLY cared they would pull the literal plug from the servers it's running on. It was absolutely designed with that capability from the get-go, that doesn't just happen randomly.

Still gonna get a big ol hug from me regardless :3

No problem! I'm always the type to over-communicate, just in case haha. I'll usually keep people in the loop of where I'm at as I work through queued work as well, but at minimum I at least let them know when I'm almost ready to start their work.

I'm honestly considering disconnecting from every other social media platform except here just to minimize exposure to all this shit happening. It's getting to be way too much and I think we all need a fucking break.

Personally, I do them one by one in order and I specify that on my comm sheet so people know that up front! I like to communicate that to people as well so they at least understand how far back in the queue they are and how long of a wait that means for them. Never had any issues doing it that way.

Y'all, PLEASE, stop supporting this garbage and play something else. Nostalgia bait is working on some of you but the actual source of the nostalgia is RIGHT THERE. Play that instead.

You're using GenAI to create "music". I used to listen to your music back when you actually MADE music, but you fell into the same AI trap that others fell into. Honestly, I hope your career dies because of this because you killed your own credibility with this.

Do I need to bonk you? Spine breaking hug? Because I will. Seriously, don't burn yourself out! You're doing enough, don't let your brain gremlins tell you otherwise.
