" Part of being a huntress is learning to control your emotions. It's a good skill to have when you have to fight monsters that feed off of them. Every huntress has their own style. Mine's probably a lot different than the others. "

" Hey, you too. I don't think I could've taken them all by myself. "

The mayor would definitely be relieved to find out the Grimm have been dealt with.. Two attacks so close together isn't great for people's morale. And if they get more paranoid, that just means more Grimm will come. The citizens didn't find out about the group Kara and Paris just dealt with.

" You still seem like one to me. Even if you don't think you are.. "

" Well, easy for you to say. You're *used* to flying around. " Deep breath.. " I'm gonna let the mayor know everything's okay, and the Grimm aren't gonna make it here. "

" Well.. I guess we can deliver some good news to the mayor then. " She shifts her staff back into just being a staff.

.. Wow. She really is strong... But are there still Grimm to worry about? Paris was staying alert for them!

" Well, wouldn't it make you happy staying somewhere nice? "

Paris went through trying to take care of as many Ravagers as she could before they got back into the air. Though, she couldn't kiII ALL of them so easily..

Lost in Paris @shiningserpent.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

" Oh they so do! " They're about to! Once Paris gets to them! She turns her staff around so she can weaponize the bladed end!

" You should try the pillows. They're very soft. " She steps into the room, and leans herslef against the wall. " Is this somewhere you think you would be happy? "

She presses a button. The eyes of the staff glow brighter, before unleashing a blinding flash that affected even the Grimm! .. And considering the Ravegers were trying to FLY? Being blinded wasn't great for them.. A few of them crashed into each other and fell, some of them lost balance->

Paris would have to play defense here- She would take care of the Beowolf trying to attack Kara.. " Cover your eyes! " She was going to use her flashbang on the Ravagers!

000

Lost in Paris @shiningserpent.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

" Kara! Are you okay-!? " The screaming hurt her ears too, but not nearly as much as Kara! She would try to make her way over to help.

Some of the Sulfer Fish attacked Paris, as well. But her semblance would let her know exactly where they were going to land on her, before they even landed there. So they weren't too hard to smack away.

Paris stood still, waiting for the next Grimm to make a pass at her. Sure enough, a Ravager tried to take her from above. She let it get close, and reeled in the staff's 'Head'. At the last second, she moved to the side, and used the sharp end to pierce its wing. Grounding it. Of course,->

" Wha-!? Hey! " It's not a competition! Paris dodges out of the way of a lunging Beowolf, and extends the snake head of her staff to wrap it around the neck, and pull it into the knife end at the bottom! .. That's one-

" Right.. Well, try not to get stuck in a Grimm's mouth anyways. " .... " Speaking of the devils- " They're here now.

" .. Grimm are made out of magic? And that hurts you? " .. She never even knew that..... " Well.. You be careful then, okay? "

" Yeah, I know. I can feel them. " .. Getting into a defensive position with her staff.
