Shining Aotsuki @shiningaotsuki.bsky.social · 04/08/2026One habit I have is redrawing pieces over and over because I keep learning new techniques to improve my art, so I want to incorporate everything I learn into them. Low-key, it might be a good habit, though, because check this out! I feel proud of myself. ｡ﾟ(TヮT) #art Old Sketch -> New Sketch 020

Shining Aotsuki @shiningaotsuki.bsky.social · 09/06/2026I've realized when I share my art online I don't do it for other people to acknowledge it. To me it's like when you're a kid and your drawing gets put on the fridge or the wall. I feel happy to just see it hung up. You feel proud like "Hehe I drew that!" Ya know? I just love drawing for myself. 000

Shining Aotsuki @shiningaotsuki.bsky.social · 19/10/2024I think I might call it quits for Inktober now. It was fun but it gave me the drive to keep doing more finished pieces instead of spitting out a sketch a day. I might turn of the stuff I've drawn into complete pieces though so look out for that! 💙 010
