It really means a whole lot to me how much support I've been getting from just about everything I've been doing lately. When I upload runs, even if it's just random ILs, people keep cheering me on. Even outside Frontiers, I'm getting nothing but positivity in response to Ak Narem. Thank you all 💜

So, turns out I found the first big skip in Sonic Frontiers any% in 1.5 years! I'm so excited to see people do this in runs, and to learn the consistent setup myself :3

If transfems can canonically air dash, and Brazilians can canonically double jump, does that mean that people who get headaches can canonically cross slash?

Learned half of Ouranos today (up to yellow emerald). I'm playing Ouranos safe for now and avoiding anything that I may struggle with, since I believe doing runs and getting comfy with the game will make things a lot easier later. I'll start runs next month if everything goes well. Here's hoping!

Finally finished learning Chaos Island! Definitely need a bit more polishing overall and better practice on 3-2 and pinball skip, but I'm happy with my progress. 3/5 islands down. Rhea is next, which is probably the hardest. And just like Sonic, I'm in pain but I won't let that stop me :3

A telegram conversation:
Lucylops: playing super mario 64 with the guitarf
Lucylops: definitely doable
ShiN3: Oh about that
ShiN3: (posts the link to faer video where fae beats The Void from Mario's New Earth with a guitar hero controller)
Lucylops: wtf
Lucylops: why are you like
Lucylops: the best girlfriend ever

I've seen people dismiss the PJ64 1.6 vulnerability because they trust most ROMs to not have a "virus" in them. While it is unlikely to suffer much damage from a normal ROM, the vulnerability is so laughably easy to exploit that changing a single bit in one line of asm may lead to really bad stuff.

fear me (I will not hesitate to do it)

A variation of Geometry Dash's "Nullscapes CBF detector" meme that replaces the icon with Mario, and the text with "PJ64 1.6 detected. Project64 1.6 is dogshit and will not be allowed for use in this hack. Please switch your emu in order to continue playing."
