Have been reading Sonic the hedgehog comics on libby and was inspired to try my hand at making a certain hedgehog in 14 lol

A male miqo'te with a blue spiky ponytail and wearing a blue hooded vest, blue shorts, white gloves and red sneakers crouches on a large tree branch in the black Shroud. He is smiling at the camera.

If you see this, we IMPLORE you to post a picture from whatever device you're using without explanation.

A manga panel of a prince with chin length hair making heart eyes at another character offscreen. He is surrounded by sound effects "ba-dump ba-dump" and "shiver shiver". The text reads: "Glare at me all you want. The stern look of a hot guy is like a treat for me."

I have been rethinking and retconning my girl's lore and I needed a break so why not a walk on the beach? #gpose | #miqote | #oc:angel

A black miqo'te woman stands on the beach of costa del sol with her faerie familiar Echo, holding a white parasol over her right shoulder.

The Ecstasy of St Teresa by Bernini. It is hands down my favorite sculpture ever. I think about it regularly. The way the fabric folds and flows, the clever use of daylight to illuminate, the golden rays behind them. And the expressions!

A sculpture of a woman, dresses in flowing robes, partially reclined in the throes of ecstasy. An angel stands above her holding an arrow, ready to pierce her with it. Golden rays of metal cascade down the wall behind them. Light illuminates the scene from above.

It's almost exactly the same here, feeling like an apple pie and not half as good 😭

She's so cute, it makes you wanna give her all your minions. #jujupose

Juliette, young black miqo'te woman, sits on a table in the Drowning Wench, one leg crossed over the other. She leans forward in interest, one hand brushing her chin. She's wearing a black leather jacket with puffy sleeves, over a leather and fishnet top with a cat design on the front. Her tail is curled around her hip.

The same scene, but a different angle, so that Juliette is now looking directly at the camera.

Vigorously nodding along to everything Aurora has been posting today about paladins in xiv because it's one of my favorite classes but absolutely nothing about the job story makes sense. Every time I level a paladin I suffer

The Ben Affleck smoking meme, where he is standing with an anguished and exasperated expression, his cigarette dangling from his hand. The text above it reads: "When you gotta do paladin quests"

I have to find some more plants but it's a start!

The beginning of an inverted garden in pokopia. It is three levels deep. A garden bed with vegetables sprout from it is on the lowest level, surrounded by water. A small bridge leads to an open rectangle of grass, which is connected to the stairs out if the garden by another small, wooden bridge. There are four hedges, two with blue flowers on the left and two with pink flowers on the right. The garden bed is shaded by a roof out of frame.

Same! Like I'm all for people liking what they like but I really just don't want to write them myself. And any time I start feeling like I'm boring, I try to remember this quote from Ursula K Leguin.

The trouble is that we have a bad habit, encouraged by pedants and sophisticates, of considering happiness as something rather stupid. Only pain is intellectual, only evil interesting. This is the treason of the artist: a refusal to admit the banality of evil and the terrible boredom of pain.

- Ursula K Le Guin, from "The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas"

I'm so sorry for your loss. I don't have anything funny at the moment, but maybe this super high quality photo of Jupiter is cool to look at?

Wait wait, I got a meme JUST for that

A meme. On the top is yellow text on a black background. Underneath is a photo of a brown skinned man in a blue shirt and tie, holding a book in one hand and gesturing towards it with the other.

The text on top reads "Whoa nigga! Do you really expect me to read..."

The text on the cover of the book reads "All that shit! By You".

I just made myself laugh imagining Haurche making this face when he saw Gisèle lol

Two panels from an oglaf comic. On the left is a man with shoulder length blonde hair and short beard, dresses as a king with a spiked crown and a red cloak with white fur trim. On the right is a man with short brown hair, dressed as a peasant in a gray shirt and white tunic. In the both panels, the king looks towards the offscreen in shock. In the first panel the peasant man has a blank expression. In the second panel the peasant has an excited expression, eyes and mouth wide with joy.

Happy birthday! You really are one of the kindest people. If anyone wants to help a disabled single mom feed her two kids and elderly grandmother I would be so appreciative. We rely on snap for food and money has already been super tight the past couple months! venmo.com/code?user_id...
