People need harsh penalties for doing it now. Proper mandatory training as well as a system to lock down the patients files that reach national interest higher. Maybe easier said than done, I’m not sure, I think with such a massive employer, it’s bound to happen but thats why protections are needed

The uni is getting on my nerves this year. The XR lab is unbookable and they've removed Steam, Unity, Unreal and whatever else I'd need as a games student on all of the computers outside the lecture rooms so I've gone into the games lab to do work in there and had to burst into an active lecture!
