So, I guess I never posted the art I did for our Falkovnia zombie-horror D&D campaign whoops. Info on the characters in the alt text #art #artsky #digitalart #D&D #dungeonsanddragons #smallartist

Copper, my kenku necromancer/cleric, with his thralls Bones and Groans. Yep, that's their names. Copper is an orphan formerly from a cult that worshipped a supposed death god, adopted by one of the priestesses. After only hearing a snippet of a conversation, he murdered his mother in what he felt was self defense, but later learned she was trying to help him escape the cult. He's now on a mission to resurrect his mother, and finally live a peaceful life.

As for the Thralls, they're like distant family. Copper enjoys their company, and gets sad when they die (again). Before the most recent thrall (a Bone Beast), we were on Bones II and Groans III.

The classes are currently Necromancer (from Valda's Spire of Secrets), with the Reanimator ambition, and Cleric with the Twilight domain.

Gravy-Train Nelson, our oddball, scummy, slimy, snake oil snailsman. He's so out there, where to begin. First off, he's just a reskinned tortle, but eventually through Valda's monstrous grafts abilities, gets centipede legs and a tentacle arm. Oh, and he's an Alchemist from Valda's Spire of Secrets too, not sure what subclass. His backstory is really just that he's a manifestation of the Dark Powers that run the Shadowfell, and now he's looking to just aquire power while coming to terms that he's just their plaything.

CURRENTLY however, he's a whole different thing kinda. In backstory, he left the party for a bit, and had "relations" with a hag, died, and was reincarnated as a plasmoid with his father's(?) memories, mannerisms, etc. Still an alchemist, and now having bathed in elder brain goo, is now linked with the elder brain that's been helping the party, but also now we have to deal with that at SOME POINT. Oh, and now he's got boobs. No reason other than "I think he'd want to try having them" and has just been doing everything to embody "and he breasted boobily down the path".

Our paladin, and ever the depressed, Lucien. Guy can't catch a break, in game AND above table, given the sheer amount of 1's he keeps rolling. Lucien didn't know his father growing up, and I believe his mother had passed away, only briefly mentioning a curse tied to him. So he set out with his best friend Mira to find answers, and ended up in the realm. Our DM killed her, despite the group loving the character (we have goblin trauma, which makes other art I did recently kinda funny in retrospect lol). With her death, he vowed vengeance against his father, who we learned earlier is the leader of the cult Copper was formerly part of. The DM let him respec from Oath of Devotion to Oath of Vengeance. He's also been followed by a spider that has so much power, it's the explanation for his level 4 feat, which turns out the spider is somehow his uncle?? I don't even know anymore. Oh, and his curse is he HAS PART OF THAT DEATH GOD INSIDE HIM, and his father sent knock-off Nemsis from RE3 after him.

Somehow, even as a werewolf, our elf companion Sylris is still the most normal in this BS group. He was exiled from his village, became a master tracker, and was tracking and attacked by a Loup Garou. We went on a whole questline to cure him, trying to infiltrate the cult, then the Dread Lords soldiers to get a holy being, and ended up with a werewolf who (admittedly because of IRL things) left the party anyway after becoming the realms most wanted, losing Luciens best friend to a shit-ass goblin, AND being blackmailed to help the hags. We'd love to have ya back buddy, whenever things settle down IRL for ya, but OMG

Oh, and he's a Ranger/Rogue, so sneaky sneaky, thunk, big damage. Again, the most normal, generic character, and then you have the rest of us. Incredible

Congrats on 1k!! And thanks for the art share ^w^ I'm Shifter, a changeling artist from east coast Canada. I like to draw a lot of things, but most of the time it's cute girls and my OC's (also cute girls), sometimes even in lewd/NSFW situations

Honestly most of my characters are in some way, but the notable ones are, in order left to right, Candi and Rayn, and Evie and Aliza!

Candi and Rayn in selfie-style piece. Candi (left) is a bubbly bi, and Rayn (right) is a quiet artistic lesbian, and they've been married for almost 4 years. Their couples name bounces between RainbowCandy, a callback to the series they originated from, and PastelPunk, the obvious nod to how visually different their clothing preferences are.

Unlike my other characters, I developed them as naturally as possible, even starting them as girlfriends at the start, having a mini comic for the proposal, to the wedding as seen here. Their anniversary is officially July 8

Evie (left) and Aliza (right) in a tender underwater embrace. Evie is my deep-sea mermaid, who ventured to the surface with an unusual curiosity. Aliza is my coastal/tropical mermaid, who encountered Evie when they were both young and learning about the world. While I haven't solidified what they identify as, they're definitely a couple.
