Not entirely sure ... dodgy Achilles diagnosed as tendonitis. It comes & goes. I did *lots* of walking in Naples last week so I suspect it's a hangover from that. I'm not great at sitting still 😩

HELP! I'm about to leave the office & one of the coffee machines is making an almighty racket. A *really* loud groaning noise. Whirring away! I went up to it and it says, "Machine is rinsing" Is this normal?! It's really loud!!! 😭
