Also didn't HAVE to full reinstall but the backup definitely needed updating with how I've reorganised my PC files. Eliminated headphone/hardware issues with other headphones (wired & wireless), RAM wasn't leaking, and after settings reset still had the issue so definitely something in OBS/SE

Okay Bad news first. Issue still there. Good news x2 though. 1) OBS backup saved me a BUNCH of time. 2) I *THINK* I've managed to get it to work but I don't think I can use browser source audio of any means and will always need a work around. I guess its streamerbot arc...
