Apparently ye olde "turn it off and turn it on again" is what it says in the manufacturer's guide to reset it, but obviously we still need something as cover while we do that. We've only lost a 4 pinter of milk. Asked about compo out of interest but not kept receipts and not lost anything else 🤷🏼♀️
