Having Tater Tacos w/ black beans and corn (added mushrooms cuz they were about to go bad) from @isachandra.bsky.social The 29-Minute Vegan. I also added a wee drop of liquid smoke since my corn wasn't fire-roasted. Delish! Will pair with 2021's "No Time To Die." The last of the DC Bond movies. 🩶

Made the Buttery Almond French Toast from @isachandra.bsky.social new book, The 29-Minute Vegan. I won't be going back to normal French toast again. The almond "crunch" is fantastic! (Dog is ready to share.)
