Summary:

Keith has been freshly crowned king after his adoptive father’s sudden and surprising death. Along with the title, power, and kingdom, he has also inherited the prior king’s concubines.

He honestly wants nothing to do with the said concubines. In full transparent truth, Keith is s part disgusted that the old man picked younger and younger mistresses throughout the years, but also, he just felt disgusted with the idea of it all.

He believed that hoarding the already rare and dwindling omegas into a locked harem was inhumane. That it was abusive. All around predatory. Disgusting behavior that he would not continue during his reign.

Which meant shoving the remaining concubines back to their homes.

Except one concubine in particular did not want to leave. That was how Keith became stuck with Lance. And perhaps Keith allowed Lance to stay in some turned about way to atone for the late emperor’s sins. For it was the fault of his predecessor that Lance no longer had a place to call home.

What Keith didn’t expect was to almost be assassinated by the said omega, or to even fall in love with him.

The possibility of ‘or else’ was a temptation for Lance.

It was not as if Lance wasn’t already aware of how quickly and deeply Keith had settled into his life.

After dinner, Keith drove Lance back to his place, the two saying goodnight by Lance’s door. Then words became a kiss, and a kiss became more. Summary:
Lance is nearing his forties with no lover, no family of his own, and another decrease in his pheromone suppressant medication. Life is becoming nothing but dull sadness to him.

Then a young alpha falls into Lance's life that about turns him on his head with shame and desire.

Keith is persistent to not be turned away just because of their age gap. But will Lance acknowledge his deep feelings or will he run from them?

I have finished the last chapter for the Klance fic called Teardrops to Sunshine! Lance's POV to the Lavender and Sunshine series, companioned to one with Keith's POV.

Summary:
Lance really knew how to pick them, didn't he? Asshole, after asshole, he was notorious for always picking the ones who swooped him off his feet to only drop him on his ass in tears.

So when his current boyfriend repeats the errors of those in Lance's past, the boyfriend soon becomes the ex, and Lance is left heartbroken and feeling he'll never find the type of love he craves and deserves.

All the while, Keith, long time friend and old school rival, is crushing on him, but Lance doesn't know. Keith wants to help Lance feel better, and regain his confidence without ruining their friendships. And while Keith is crushing, Lance is slowly falling in love for lilac eyes and raven hair.

Love always finds a way. it just takes time.
