3️⃣ "Better product" won't save your business By "better product", founders usually mean more features. More features won't make your product stickier. Clarity of a single valuable painful problem and how you can solve it in the best way will.

2️⃣ Don't fall for Too-Good-To-Be-True offers People will try to sell you: 🔴 Sales systems 🔴 Paid acceleration programs 🔴 Investor matchmaking services The truth? Very few are worth it. A better approach? Learn and/or buy the knowledge if it's about the core of your business.

1️⃣ Hiring for the "future" is often premature Founders are not oracles. You need to plan ahead but most of your revenue and sales projections are definitely wrong. Your startup positioning, product strategy, ICP, GTM will evolve and change.

This is not to say that our actions are inconsequential, we must develop ironclad self-confidence to amount to anything in business or career. Yet it feels so humbling and important to pause now and then and just acknowledge the people around you who enable you to move forward!

Individual resolve, vision, and talent (and luck!) are crucial and all, and I don't want to underscore or minimize individual contribution, but no matter what you achieve in life, there are people along your journey who helped you get there.
