1. Not the greatest photo in the world, 2. Because I was hampered by the green goop still drying and I was impatient to take the photo, 3. So I took this in my porch where the lighting isn't great but it's warm to help encourage the drying process. But... Very pleased with the first river section!

I still need to play skirmish games or use 10mm/6mm for grand army type games. Even with 6mm WW1, I can only play about a Brigade size game. I would love to play a division level game.

I had to order a full deck of cards, so I have plenty of blank ones to add extra events in the future. As for being posh, I am making up for years of renting with no gaming table as I no longer need to rent anymore and having a modest sized table to play on now.

A group of 28mm Perry Miniatures Ikko Ikki painted fairly uniformly. The armour is either dark shades of brown or grey (almost black for both) with lighter cloth undergarments (predominantly white). The lacing has been picked out in light tones to help make the figures pop a bit. Based on U.K. pennies.

I had a brilliant weekend at Ebor Lard, a TooFatLardies game day organised by John Savage and held near York. I ran a reduced Montcornet table on Saturday for a total of 13 players across 2 games, then a generic table on Sunday that I played in with three mates. It was a fantastic few days of gaming

Thank you. I did buy the first edition earlier this year, but love the campaign book and the movement arcs of the 2nd ed a lot. I will learn the rules with the planes I have and go full campaign with 3d prints as I build up a squadron.
