Yes laws and everything else is written i. Hebrew and Arabic but all students learn Hebrew in school and most Israelis speak Arabic too. Most speak at least a little bit of English as well. All refugees can return to Israel but they are 78 years old and may not want to swear an oath of allegiance.

Be clear on which population you're talking about. The PA is different from Israel. Inside Israel everyone is given the same benefits. Just like everywhere inequalities exist as in, rural communities may not have as many hospitals/clinics. But if anyone walks into a clinic they are treated the same.

I’ll never forget the jubilation in that crowd of tens of thousands in Gaza as the coffins of murdered Jewish children were turned into a grotesque propaganda spectacle. Those children had been murdered in captivity, their bodies returned in a public display condemned even by the UN as abhorrent.

That's on Australia. In Israel itself all the same services are provided to everyone. I don't know what the PA has provided to their citizens. That was their decision. I expect the PA will be autonomous, if they present a peace plan to Israel for that. Until then everything remains the same.

He was talking about land for peace. Israel did give up land land for a peace deal with Egypt & Jordan. Notice Israel has not engaged in hostilities with either. He said Israel needed security guarantees and this was before the creation of the "Palestinian" people or Arafat. That's hasn't happened
