Rest in peace Peter J Carroll (1953-2026). I first acquired Liber Null & Psychonaut in the 1990s in Camden. It opened my mind up to the possibilities of chaos #magick. It's an excellent work. His impact upon magick is incalculable. He passed unexpectedly in the early hours from an aortic aneurism ✴

Whatever forms of meditation you practice, the most important point is to apply mindfulness continuously, and make a sustained effort. It is unrealistic to expect results from meditation within a short period of time. What is required is continuous sustained effort - Dalai Lama #WalkForPeace

Tudong (from Thai Thudong derived from Pāli Dhutaṅga) refers to austere practices undertaken by Buddhist monks who travel on foot. Dhutaṅga translates as ‘means of shaking off’ Dhammayatra (pilgrimage of Dhamma) is a peaceful walking practice rooted in this tradition #WalkForPeace #Buddhism #walking

The Wat Lao Buddha Khanti of Atlanta have just posted guidelines for Buddhist Etiquette regarding interacting with Buddhist monks on the #WalkForPeace. These guidelines are not sexist or discriminatory. Theravāda Buddhism has certain requirements which focus on mindfulness & one's personal conduct 🙏

When I began receiving Sak Yant tattoos I had no idea where it would all end. Some of the Sak Yant tattoos I received were "diagnosed". Ajarns or spiritual teachers had visions of what they saw on my body. Trust you are on a journey. This is the beginning. The pathway you now walk is the right one 🙏
