Judge Sullivan may have jumped the shark, but then again, this is Massachusetts where they’ve been burning witches (women and girls!) since the 1600s.

Not by best-written post: Reddington has been able to pause the judge from entering a declaration of a mistrial. His path for #LindsayClancy is to ask the Mass. SJC for an emergency stay over this Plymouth Superior Court trial because of the juror “debacle”.⚖️

Not so fast, Judge Sullivan. Attorney Kevin Reddington requested and is granted one hour to make an emergency request for a stay prior to a mistrial declaration from the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.⚖️
