Okay, so I do want to add some lore here. Demons, especially royal demons such as Stolas, Marchosias, Catteri, Illian, Astrid, Byleth and the like are omnipresent. But when they take physical form such as to become a magical person or are reborn as a physical being such as a human they are not.

So I came up with some New Villains for VOMC that are part of LALO and have been in my mind for months. So here is their basic concept, the designs will come later. Their initials are RGB to reflect the color spectrum and the last name is Blight as a reference to color and light.

While I am not as much of a big fan of 90s Sailor Moon as Crystal Due to The innaccuracies to the Manga, The problematic stuff that WASN'T in the manga, etc, I do like the fact that unlike in Crystal/Eternal, we got Chibi Moon older in her Sailor Scout form. Pazuzu and Lamashtu both are demigods like imo they're half-demon half-deity. Pazuzu and Lamashtu both appear as anthro bird footed entities mixed with other animals. Pazuzu is mixed with a lion iirc, and Lamashtu has a donkey's ears. Lamashtu is often conflated with Lilith in which she is not.

If anyone wants to know where Illian got her name, it was from the Akkadian words "ilum" meaning deity and "ilānū" meaning deities. There is a similar name meaning "bright, shining" like Illiana from Greek, but Illian is associated with darkness.
