For me, the most unbelievable part of this story isn't the fact that it happened once, but that it also happen a 2ND TIME... and THEN AGAIN a 3RD TIME over the 34 min speech. And he didn't notice at least once? And nobody thought to stop him? Did none of his colleagues notice and pass him a note?

Most New Brunswickers say that they are worse off financially than a year ago - by far the highest in the region - at 52%. That's 16% higher than the national average. Only 9% of New Brunswickers say that they are better off than a year ago (lowest in region).
