Not an easy one. The bow is clearly a recurve Scythian bow, and the quiver is simple enough. I'm wondering if the wide band is supposed to be a strap fixing the bow to the quiver? Never seen such an arrangement though. Gastraphetes is a think out of the question at this time and context.
