yea, me probably overthinking it but implementing another CID encoding seems kinda fun, could have it as toggle to choose which one you wanna use and sharing would just decode it normally it is as easy as stripping the prefix, decoding b32, reencoding b64 and adding the prefix

no clue why bsky still hasnt added oauth to their client or why they didnt make any other 2FA methods, i assume they are just busy with other stuff, at least community is doing it also about the porting back part, sadly not possible cause they are implemented in different languages

i dont exactly understand what invalidation has to do with passkeys here atproto being decentralized doesnt really matter in this situation because you login on the PDS and they handle it however they want, its not being sent over to any other services, just the token after you login

wouldn't say so, log in lives on the PDS (at least with oauth which bsky app still didnt implement) so adding a passkey there isnt that hard, alternative PDS implementation called tranquil already has them tangled.org/tranquil.far...

also managed to code in state as query params why isnt there like a nice wrapper named createQuerySignal where you just give it the key and other stuff solid only gives useSearchParams and you just set an object on it and key into it had to write my own abomination wrapper that does how i want it

i had an idea to be able to disable the whole namespace by authority(eg. app.bsky.*) but it feels kinda messy if other unrelated apps also use those (they shouldn't), but while talking about it with someone it ended up kinda messy and expensive, so you would not really be able to hide records
