I feel like I’d get a hefty fine & lose my license if I did something like that, so maybe that? Hefty corporate scaled fine & suspend Waymo’s license until they can show what went wrong and how they’re making sure it doesn’t happen again? (Which, they technically can’t, so, win/win)
