I may have to put my foot down. Long projects means more waiting for more expensive audio, more opportunities for things to go wrong and have to be re-rendered, more ideas I have to pass on because I don't have the time. I don't think we'll be doing long animations anymore. Too many downsides sorry

I hate the person who invented Subsurface. But the audio isn't ready yet so I guess re-rendering isn't the biggest loss. Just annoyed I didn't notice until now when I'm basically done lol

Things are progressing well, just slowly. I think these 3-4 min animations will have to become a rarity. I know many of you don't like the 10-20 second animations but I think we can all agree, this is taking too long and I'm sure many of you are bored rn, hence these little wips

Testing this style of project, the 3-Day project, didn't work. It's not efficient or practical. Many of you liked the way Rouge was made, so I'm going to do the 5 Day Project from now on, most of the time anyway. So on SubStar, we're changing the poll for this one..

Unfortunately 3 scenes are fine, but the cam fked up on one of them so that will have to get redone. It's the 16th so no hope of getting Christmas done in time. 2B and Eve will be pushed back to first thing next year. Khloe will come out whenver, dunno when that'll be sorry

The year can't end on a high note just yet... The Gentiana project is now gonna take a bit to render because the render is crashing "Out of GPU memory" despite not using 100%.. In the process of troubleshooting but now the Christmas project being out on time is unlikely 😭

You know what? Normally I get a yucky feeling in my tummy when I spend large amounts of money… like $2000 on a graphics card… Not anymore! Left is my original PC speeds: 2 minutes + per frame to render Right is the PC with the new GPU: Almost HALF! I is happy, I thinks~ ❤️
