Like, look at how victims are treated. She wasn't ready for that. And defendant was a cop. He did get five life sentences in the end. 040

The look on his face as he intently watched me on the stand still creeps me out, and I was a witness for a victim. After, I kind of brought it up to an agent, and she just said he can't feel remorse. 2590

It's shitty but it's normal to watch it be ignored. The victims pay the price, not the perpetrators. But I can only speak for myself. 000

I have veggies from shopping last payday so am adding those to my pasta sides, but I also know I'm fortunate to be able to have fresh veggies throughout the month. My boss just has a lot of unpaid closure days so sometimes boxed stuff comes in handy to stretch meals and add variety. 010

It costs me at least $20 to make a pot of chili if I'm out of seasonings. I got milk, butter, and boxes of pasta sides for $15 until payday (4 days). 170

I then was trying to explain to angry people that the workers paid taxes and didn't get assistance. They would argue. I would tell them I saw their checks and stubs. "Liberal bitch." 010

When I bought my car I chose one I could afford to pay cash for. The salesman was pushing so hard for me to finance saying it only would add a few grand to the total overall. 110

My sacrifice would be my job, home, and ability to feed myself while someone else might just have to not go on a trip. A week of work isn't the same for everyone. 110

Many people are scared of missing a paycheck and not affording necessities.
