iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

When I was younger, I dreamed of going to the US because it looked like the only place in the world where ability was the passport to success. There's little doubt the US has changed for the worse. But the American public still believes in hard work, equality, and honesty; you will steer it right.

Love the look of bewilderment in the child's eyes.

Good morning. Since I am feeling a little not-so-okay this morning, here’s something I dug out to tell myself. Thought I'd share it with you. "In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer." — Albert Camus

These three countries constituted the erstwhile British Raj. When the British left India in 1947, it was divided into Pakistan and India. Later, Pakistan was divided into Pakistan and Bangladesh. The British in India treated Indians as servants - so you know now.

Read this somewhere: The fewer people you chill with, the less bullshit you deal with. It made me think that Edvard Munch’s painting The Scream is fairly close to how I deal with BS.

Edvard Munch's painting, "The Scream" (1983)

And now Nancy has watched a real-life horror movie :)

Panther at the right, the deer at the left. Two stories in one sculpture. The panther wants its food; the deer wants to live. Philosophically beautiful!

The kitten is quite something!

This makes an excellent case for getting locked out of the house, provided there's a good library nearby :)

What a quick learner...a little temperamental, maybe.

Second take. It's not a dragon fight. Is it a leopard fighting a wolf...? Will you be posting the finished version?

Thank you. I did watch the video multiple times and saw a few other things too, but the tail wag was confirmatory. An elephant walks on a dirt path and doesn't move any dirt or dust; the grass blades near its foot don't get trampled - and there's absolutely no breeze.

He is a genius! A dragon fight is so difficult to even visualize, and he has carved it in wood. This is amazing.

Write a book - let it find its own length :)

000

Yes. That's true. Another AI video is going viral these days...an elephant mom carrying a puppy in her trunk, and the baby elephant feeling jealous. Have you seen that one? The baby elephant's tail looks and behaves like a dog's tail...

Those who dwell within us - never seen but felt, they strangle our dreams by becoming our fears...

I know the cat feels safe, but do the dogs feel safe with the cat sleeping with them, is the question to ponder.

Brushing their teeth with the grass...

I'd be the standard cheese pizza. No quiz needed. Actually, I might be just the pizza base.

But Higs is a dog who likes you a lot.

This one's got, "I see you..." look on its face.

Despite your text, I held my breath to the end. Thank you for making me smile.

000

That "is" getting a lot done :)

Anything we do, however little, could mean a lot to someone :)

Oh, wow! I am super chuffed to see your post. I was beginning to feel a little out of place...

She's a prodigy. IQ off the charts!

Thank you. Super new here :) Glad to have followed you.

There's this guy I see every day...tugging hard at his dog's leash, not letting the poor boy sniff at all - I feel angry. Now I won't. I'll do what you do :)

These drawings took me back to my childhood readings of a book about Aesop's Fables. Nicely drawn.

I trust dogs to know better, especially the street dogs who've experienced humanity (or the absence of it) firsthand.
