this ward is a general ward as opposed to the surgical ward where I was. Its obviously much older and much in need of renos. Kind of a horror show with old people stuffed into corridors/hallways. I will say, I'm very tired of old people yelling.

The gastro thing is probably due to this one crusty old dingus in the previous room who shat all over the other bathroom and "cleaned it up" without saying anything to anyone.

So I might have some kind of gastro infection (the shits as one might say). After adamant refusal to use the commode in a room of 4 people, I've gotten my own room. The ward is a horror show, but at least I have my own bathroom.
