I am intrigued by BBC's decision to cover Women's basketball in the US, while completely ignoring Tour de France Femmes, that ends today. Every other story is about football, despite no matches currently on. Meanwhile, Richmond park today was overflowing with cyclists, many of them women.

I know it's only 17:00 and yet I'm already tipsy from some fine French wine, and rewatching John Wick 1 & 2. These are genuinely classic movies at the same level as Godfather. I can't think of a better way to spend a Friday evening if you're flexible with work and family.

How most such plastic packaging ends up in the incinerator: - *recyclable* but can't put in recycling - search for a recycling point, the magic word is "soft plastics" - some supermarkets accept these, but you have to thoroughly wash them - still no guarantee they'll be recycled
