I'm not much of a Pokémon person, but my son is & trying to buy him cards at retail prices has been nigh on impossible the last couple of years, and I refuse to pay scalpers for anything. So it warms the cockles of my heart to see so many of them having a full meltdown about the recent set. Enjoy!!

Off color fetches. I imagine this is more of a personal thing, but I feel like off color fetches just leave a bad taste in my mouth for Commander. Feels like it should be a no.

Would love to have some sort of commander product meant for newcomers that includes upgrades. Start with this deck. Take these cards out and add these. Maybe do it one more time. Let people ease into precon level from starter deck level. Beginner box type product for commander.

Final Fantasy Cards only Summon Creatures. I thought the Tidus Precon was fun, but we've done +1/+1 counters a million times. What about a deck made to keep the Summon Saga Creatures alive as long as possible?!?! It's silly and not great but I love it. archidekt.com/decks/184292...

Boxking is nice. But the Amish store in town makes amazing and long lasting furniture if you're willing to pay more and wait a little to get it.

Mentioned above, but like a white sheet or something to soften the sunlight would probably make for some sweet lighting, but direct sun would be way too harsh.

Shadowknexsestus @shadowknexsestus.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

I think it would be nice if they let you pick one additional color. Not just all of them at once. We're already getting a rainbow soup card in every set, this is just rainbow soup for archetypes and themes. It feels lazy in both instances. Especially in draft. Just draft whatever.

I fucking hate AI almost as much as I hate the sniveling asshole billionaires and shithole corporations who have all forced it into every conceivable spot in our lives. It literally makes everything worse and it makes us worse and I fucking hate it.

I find that mine really brings down the extremes of my ADHD and makes me a little more consistent. It's not really an active feeling, but I can operate at an expected baseline more often. Plus you really notice it when you're off them.

Hi #portfolioday I'm Zara, a Canadian artist working mainly on Magic: The gathering and painting for myself in my free time 🖤

“Stasis” is a portrait painted by the artist Zara Alfonso, and is the first piece in her series about invisible illness. A portrait painting of a girl with skin so pale she’s almost translucent, her lips are tinged blue and she gazes upward through seemingly unseeing eyes. Pale moths and winged insects cover the expanse of her face and body, blending into her skin in places.

“Medusa Portrait” is a portrait painted by the artist Zara Alfonso. A portrait of a young Medusa who looks peacefully towards the viewer, her hair is flowing mass of thick iridescent dark indigo snakes tied up in a head wrap.

"Winternight Stories” is an oil painting by the artist Zara Alfonso, done for the Magic: The Gathering Tarkir: Dragonstorm. An orc stands in the middle of a small crowd, telling a story of the battle against dragons with a swirl of watery blue magic.

Zara Alfonso's oil painting of the official card illustration for “Dualcaster Mage” for Magic: The Gathering Secrets of Strixhaven Special Guests.

Oops all...ways better than what my friends build. It's not even good or powerful, but since it's slightly better than my friends they deem it too strong and I never get to play it again. Please help me, I've built like 20 decks I'm not allowed to use and I can't keep doing this cycle of rejection.
