Today it finally happened. I lost a drive from my media library :c To be fair it was manufactured in December 2014, so it's almost 12 years old now and has over 60k hours of runtime. It began clicking recently and then didn't show up anymore. I saved some data with a USB SATA adapter now though.

Yup, definitely spicy... It works with just power connected, but since the BIOS battery is dead and I can't replace it, it always restores the default settings, which enables secure boot again, which is dumb. Perhaps I can find a #Linux Distro that works with #SecureBoot, but not sure yet.

Just because I had it in my Facebook Memories today. I still find it amusing that FB had a bug over four years ago that prevented my 'temporary' profile picture from resetting to the old one with a countdown of hours until... it did nothing. It still shows it to this date, but in the negatives :D
