"CHÉRE! LOOK OUT!" Gambit leaped head first into a puddle to prevent @eyes-for-disguise.bsky.social from stepping in it. . . What a gentleman. . .

There's that puppy dog look in his eye with a mix of confusion and concern. "Chére. . .are ya sayin' we leave the X-Men and live a life away from da chaos? Ya sure dats a good idea?"

010

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

He doesn't hesitate to kiss back. "Ya know dats hard, mon cher. We both busy individuals. Life gets in da way sometimes."

That genuinely impressed him. He hums with a small smirk. Taking the deck, he feels through the deck before grabbing a card. It was definitely not the card. "Is dis yer card?"

000

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 09/08/2026

Once the card was placed back into the deck, Remy shuffles the cards twice - then hands the deck to Magik. "Wanna shuffle them? Ain't wanna put a trick to da magic."

He could hear the seriousness in her tone which meant that something was going on. He didn't know what but he planned on finding out. "You alright dere? What's on dat mind of yers?" He didn't want to pry but he knew the dangers of keeping things bottled inside. Of how destructive it could be.

@eyes-for-disguise.bsky.social He nearly tackled the other in pure joy - finally being able to see him after some time of being away due to some things that needed to be done.

"Gambit missed ya too, chére." A chuckle leaves him as he's guided to the couch. He doesn't fight against it - no reason to. "Easy dere. This Cajun ain't goin' anywhere anytime soon."

010

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 16/06/2026

Literally the coolest thing ever - Pat pat. He pats him on the head.

000

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 16/06/2026

The kiss wasn't rushed or anything intense. Just passionate and full of something that he had thought he once lost. After a bit, he pulls away with a cheesy grin. He was beyond happy in this moment.

"Gambit's doin' real good now dat yer here." His hands rest on her hips, thumbs gently caressing her. "Anytime yer here, my day gets brighter."

010

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 15/06/2026

"Long night? What happened?" He questioned, a somewhat serious expression forming on his face. "Just wanted to bother ya. Dats all."

000

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 15/06/2026

He hums softly at her response, grip tightening only slightly before he set her down. His hand raises to brush a strand of hair out of her face. "Dis Cajun is just happy to see dat yer doin' mighty fine. Dats like music to my ears."

For a few minutes, he holds her in silence - just taking in the moment as if it'd leave him any second. "Gambit's glad ta have ya back. How are ya holdin' up, hm?"

010

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 14/06/2026

He let out a loud 'Oomph' as he nearly fell backwards but quickly regained his balance, holding her with ease. "Hello, beau ~." Remy compliments. "Gambit's missed ya."

Upon seeing Rogue, his eyes practically light up like a Christmas tree. "Chére!" There's a very happy grin spreading from cheek to cheek.

Now he was even more intrigued. "With ya own eyes? Ain't ya an interestin' one." He moved his hand up to ruffle her hair playfully. "I ain't blamin' you for dat."

000

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 13/06/2026

He gently squeezes his hand as he leads the way back. "Would ya like somethin' sweet? How do ya want your drink?"

000

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 13/06/2026

"Likewise, chére." He speaks between quick breaths. There's a warm smile on his lips, his eyes full of pure existing love for the man in front of him. "Shall we head back to the others? Grab somethin' to drink. Gambit can make ya a nice cold drink?" He moves to brush hair out of Esme's face.

000

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 13/06/2026

He lets out a surprised squeak as he's kissed once more but quickly melts into it. Remy puts his heart into it. It wasn't just a kiss to him. It was much more than that. His hands move to rest on Esme's waist, a gentle hold on him.

000

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 13/06/2026

"Haha ain't you a flirt." He gently and playfully nudges her arm. He's got competition now. "A prosecutor ya say?" He looks interested to say the least - wanting to learn more.

010

gᥲmᑲі𝗍 ♤ @shadesofspears.bsky.social · 13/06/2026

Gambit's heart definitely does a flip now upon the kiss. It WAS addicting. After a few more seconds, Remy pulls away. His eyes look into Esme's - silently asking if that was ok. "I. . . Wow." He was speechless for the first time.
