#tandem25 #bmtsm Auletta: 51% of pts accrued to ACCESS were ethnically diverse. Non-white pts had more barriers to HCT and used more support services. So… as more can find donors using MMUD it will require identification of additional support resources/funding to ensure equitable access to HCT.

#tandem25 #bmtsm Maas-Bauer: ROCK1/2 inhibition downregulate NFkB signaling assoc with inflammation and upreg of anti-inflammatory IL10 — basically modulating n of monocyte phenotype to antiinflammatory M2 type. Decreased F-actin in ROCK1/2i treated is assoc with deceased monocyte migration.

(Probably) unpopular opinion: I wish our academic society meetings were over 2-3 days max, during the week, in some centrally located city. Get in, work hard, get out. Meetings are another #TimeToxicity. Being away from family so long is not great.
