Thank you for the response but having to contact Octopus 4 times since the 17th September is not in my opinion the best way to deal with customers with a feed in tarrif. I hope that my official complaint provides me with some answers and also contributes to a learning opportunity for Octopus.

Honestly I would go with how your body feels. I keep an eye on my own stats at home like BP and sugar and cholesterol so kind of ignore my GP who is apt to talk about BMI is imo is a construct that doesn't fit everyone.

When in Turkiye try the Efsane Uludag a taste I cannot really describe other than kind of citrus fruity alongside some mixed nuts, chickpeas and pumpkin seeds its a nice way to start the evening. Iyi aksamlar ❤️🇹🇷

We flew over Gallipoli on the way here and I was reminded of the exhibit at Te Papa in Wellington. It was moving but overwhelming. I am sorry your great uncle died there.😢 I agree about the Turkish bath until I had one I never realised how dirty I was. 😂

Kate it's been fabulous the People, the food and the history just don't disappoint. Today we have been to Saglassos in the Taurus mountains. The drive up was spectacular and the ruins were amazing. You can feel the history through your toes. ❤️🇹🇷

What a day, 32 degree heat and trips to Perge and Aspendos what amazing treasures, I always wish I could bump into Bettany Hughes as I wander around. #treasuresofturkiye ❤️🇹🇷

One of the colonnaded streets at Perge with drainage channels under the road and marks if chariots and carts in the road surface.

Looking up towards the Nympahion of Kestros at Perge it must have been a wonderful place to visit in it's heyday.

The wonderful terraced steps of the theatre at Aspendos it features two tiers of seating with a walkway dividing them and a walkway at the top which is open so that air can circulate.

The remains of the aqueduct at Aspendos with arches and brickwork reminiscent of the Pont du Garde

Walk one in front two behind and you will be fine just concentrate on the walk make it looks like you know exactly where you are going. If you use Google maps or similar have phone in bag and only one earbud in your ear listening to directions. It's about being aware. Don't fret it will be ok.

You will be fine you have travelled a lot. We got caught in Rome with someone wanting to help us buy tickets back to Sorrento the ticket machines were easy to work but the guy pushed in and took over then wanted money for 'helping' I just have a handy pocket for a low value note and gave him that!

If you have time the archeological museum in Napoli is rammed full of treasure from Pompeii and Herculaneum. We also stumbled upon a tour underground in Napoli where people sheltered during the war. Enjoy the food a keep one hand on your bag. 😳🤣

Teşekkür ederim. I missed my Turkish lesson with the lady who cleans our floor this morning I was helping a chap from Scotland who couldn't pair his earbuds to his phone, lucky it was a Samsung if it had been and I phone I would have been lost!

Hairy heliotrope, so named because its flowers turn to the sun (and it's obvs covered in hairs!). Seen beside a coastal track, Syros.

Fat fingers of a dusky green creeping plant lie over dry soil, rocks & leaf litter. It is covered in hairs & the blooms & faded blooms of tiny white flowers with yellow centres, as well as several leaves.
