This week’s listening 🤘🏻 An old school week with Maiden, Sabbath and Megadeth all in there 👴🏻 Thought on the new Sleep Token record? First impressions, I like most of it, but it’s not as strong, or as heavy, as their previous material. Glimpses of genius, likely a grower 🤞🏻 #metalsky

This week’s listening 🤘🏻 As you can maybe tell, I wasn’t keen on listening to any vocals for large proportion of my week for some reason…😂 #instrumentalpostrock 🔥 #metalsky

This week’s listening! 🤘🏻 New #deafheaven is absolutely class, and discovered #sunvher which is so up my street they might as well name the street after me (thank you @Lindsay_C88) Also still really enjoying the #coheedandcambria & #spiritbox releases from earlier this month #metalsky

This weeks listening! 🤘🏻 Quite a few discoveries for me this week, I’ve actually never listened to #cradleoffilth before but the album was great, also #dissocia and #drudkh were pleasant surprises. 🥳 Plus, always great to spin some classic Dio! #ronniejamesdio 🔥 #metalsky

This week’s listening 🤘🏻 An absolute #grandmagus and #opeth binge after last weekend’s gig, as well as rediscovering a teenage favourite, Hundred Reasons. So much nostalgia 🥹 Also hadn’t ever checked out #spiritbox but Tsunami Sea is great! 🌊 Also, Havukruunu 👊🏻 #metalsky

Bandcamp Friday is back for 2025. On March 7, we’ll once again waive our revenue share, ensuring more money goes directly to artists. Last year, fans spent $3.1 million in a single day—the biggest since 2022. Let’s keep that momentum going. Mark your calendars and get your wishlist ready.

Last night I had the pleasure of witnessing Opeth for the first time in a decade, and Grand Magus for the first time ever! 😮 Both sets were stellar in their own right, one being balls-to-the-wall heavy metal, and the other beautiful progressive artistic grandeur 👌🏻 #opeth #grandmagus

Took in a magnificent sunrise on my morning walk today and tried to wrap my head around the latest milestone. Two hundred thousand streams for TTB on Spotify 🔥 🤯 Also just surpassed the 3000 followers mark on there ✅ 💪🏻 Keep it up folks, let’s head towards that quarter million (wow!) #metalsky
