My love for Marvel's cosmic heroes obviously begins with The Silver Surfer. What an absurd concept, and yet to me the character with the most pathos of any of them. I still haven't watched the new MCU FF movie so I don't know how it does, but to me film has less room for suspension of disbelief.

More Kirby/Sinnott stuff. Black Panther has always been another favorite. That's the thing about the Standard Lee/Jack Kirby run of FF, the team isn't really that interesting, but they introduce about half of Marvel's coolest characters.

I've absolutely loved the Inhumans since I was a little kid. I think my first experience of them was the 90s FF cartoon, but I'm not sure at this point. Just love those Joe Sinnott inks.

This one is interesting because Rodin made a plaster casting from a clay sculpture (typical medium for him). Then another sculptor chiseled the piece from marble.

I was absolutely fascinated by this one. I have no idea what he mixed into the wax to color it, but you can see his fingerprints all over the piece. So many little blobs of wax that are just *suggestive* of human form.

Y'all, they put half a dungeon level inside a hollowed out living dragon in Greyhawk Ruins. The keying schema is such that PB03 is the third room of Power (Tower of), Bottom (floor). Therefore PB03 is Power Bottom 3. Happy Pride! Credit to @aaronmfking.bsky.social for turning up the map on Tumblr.
