A 72-year-old SF senior fell into homelessness after an eviction, spending months in shelters and hotels. Her family helped her reconnect with stable housing through Journey Home, GLIDE’s trauma‑informed program that supports safe relocation for people experiencing homelessness.

Last week, #ProjectHomelessConnect brought together City staff, partners & volunteers to serve 257 households, including 239 households experiencing homelessness. Highlights: -> 7 housing referrals -> 6 CAAP participants now have move-in dates -> 2 older adults connected to shelter

145 new affordable homes for formerly homeless seniors are now open at 1633 Valencia in San Francisco's Mission District. Residents are referred through HSH's Housing Ladder Program and the Mission Action Access Point and have access to onsite supportive services.
