Healing is the worst, amirite. I meaningfully do the work for so many years, and i feel worse than i ever have, mentally and physically. Like ok its all part of the process and the fall out. But i cant visualize the other end of it all yet, and im just so damn worn out. Watch out bsky :/

In general in my experiences, i value and strive for destigmatization in whatever ways i can participate. Man oh boy, im trying so deeply to turn this sadness and struggle into some kind of power, even if for nothing else than myself rn. And im just coming up blank, until it's over. (Ill be ok.)
