First time organizing and hosting a crawfish boil yesterday and man what an amazing day it turned out to be! We cooked up 90lbs of crawfish through 6 batches throughout those 10-11 hours. It was a lot of work, but it was so much fun! I'm beyond happy that everyone enjoyed the food and hanging out.
