In Hiligaynon, we'd call him pala lumpat (someone who likes to jump). Even today, Patpat still lives up to his name. 000

Siege @sersiege.bsky.social · 19/07/2025So proud of myself! Consistent gym work, 10k steps daily. Endurance soared; just walked almost an hour on a manual treadmill (hardest setting, 3-4kph) and not hyperventilating. From 107kgs (Dec 2024) to 88kgs (July 2025). Lifting weights soon! 080

I'm genuinely proud of their hard work and how far they've come. I am sure they are going to do great things in the future. 070
