240 front fenders were starting to bubble under the paint rust had started at the welds where the S14 rear half met the S15 front half will tackle the drivers side next week and then she'll be good as new

Lumabase basecoat without any clear over it yet.. was able to reduce orange peel by spraying straight thinner 5 minutes after.. color is actually quite different from Limco paint and i probably will respray next week

the cartridge housing that toyota uses on your matrix is the typical plastic fantastic bullshit they started putting on stuff 20 years ago so for the cartridge removal tool its important to get one that has the cutouts that slide over the tabs on the housing to aid in twisting force shown in red

for a cheap oil drain container you can use any 4-5L plastic container, like an old oil jug or even a windshield wiper fluid jug etc, and cut it like this
